Uh oh! Looks like we’ve got a big ol’ slice of Fun on a Bun here! Courtesy of our good pal Rian Johnson. It is a wickedly fun and devilishly clever take on the whodunnit genre that is also a pretty sophisticated social commentary! But don’t let that last part scare you, you can take your racist uncle to this movie and he’ll have a ball too. I can’t really think of a person who wouldn’t enjoy this movie. Maybe people who don’t like Daniel Craig doing an over-the-top southern accent? Oh wait. I just checked, and it looks like that is… nobody. Yeah, nobody is in that group. His accent is glorious. See this movie. See it now.
Knives Out – Movie Review

I am a confused teenager that uses movies as a way of understanding the deeply troubled world around me. Is it the most effective way of doing this? No. Would I change that? Also no. My favorite movie is Hot Fuzz (for now), my favorite band is Ben Folds Five, I have an unhealthy amount of Funko Pops!, and I love Nintendo. I was an extra in a Disney Channel show, so I would consider my life a success. My little cousin is my favorite thing, and 2011’s The Lorax is my least favorite thing. I hope I can make a career in film but in the meantime, I’ll shove every movie I can get into my eyeholes. View all posts by MovieMort
