Long Shot is a great evolution of the 90’s rom-com. It keeps those movies’ spirit intact while bringing them into the modern world and addressing issues that are applicable to the rom-com audience of today. The chemistry between Seth Rogen and Charlize Theron is surprisingly sweet. It’s nothing groundbreaking, but Long Shot is a well-written rom-com that deserves to be put on the same pedestal as the classics.
